Dear Community Leaders,
If you haven’t already, please remember to RSVP no later than this Friday, October 21st for our October 28th Community Breakfast with Ruckelshaus Center Advisory Board Chair Bill Ruckelshaus, Vice Chair Phyllis Campbell, Executive Committee Chair Ralph Munro, Advisory Board Member Megan Clubb, and other Walla Walla-area leaders to learn more about the Ruckelshaus Center and discuss local issues. This event will take place from 8:00 – 9:15 am at the Walla Walla Community College Conference Center.
The breakfast will be followed by the Advisory Board’s review and discussion of an evaluation of the Walla Walla Water Management Initiative, which the Center helped get off the ground ten years ago. Community members are invited to stay for that portion of the Board meeting, which will go from 9:30-12:15, if they are interested. Both the breakfast and the Board meeting will be held at the William A. Grant Water and Environmental Center at Walla Walla’s Community College. The breakfast will be held in the lobby and the board meeting will be held in rooms 2024 and 2023. Please follow the link for driving directions to the Center. General parking is available.
Please let us know if there is anyone else you think it is important for us to invite to ensure a good mix of community leaders. If you have any questions, please contact the Center at this email address, or call 206-428-3021.
