The Northwest Power and Conservation Council has reviewed the public comments submitted on the Walla Walla Subbasin Plan and planners have worked to address these comments and refine some elements of the plan submitted on May 28, 2004. Planners created an Addendum Document that describes what improvements will be made to the Subbasin Plan. Two workshops were held to discuss the Subbasin Plan Addendum documents. The first workshop was held on October 18, 2004 and participants from Walla Walla Basin Watershed Council and the WRIA 32 Planning Unit attended this meeting. The WRIA 32 Planning Unit met again on November 16, 2004 in Walla Walla and approved submission of the Final Draft Addendum Document to the Northwest Power and Conservation Council.
