This Strategic Plan is intended to identify, enable and inform adaptive actions that water stewards can take to improve the flow of water into, through and out of the shallow gravel aquifer. Recommended actions include monitoring and evaluation, goal setting, and design, permitting, funding and implementation of aquifer recharge systems.
